Live Music Tonight: David Scott Weaver
David Scott Weaver is a Maryland based singer-songwriter who has earned multiple songwriting awards, including a Gold award in the Mid-Atlantic Song Contest. Weaver crafts tunes in a range of genres from Americana to Folk, Bluegrass, Gospel and Rock. Over the years, he has collaborated with Mary Chapin Carpenter’s longtime producer, John Jennings, GRAMMY-award winners Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer, and Rickie Simpkins. He has also co-written songs with the legendary Bluegrass tunesmith Louisa Branscomb.
