Wine & Cheese

$75.00
sold out

Way back grad school, Philippe tasted a sesame & fresh goat cheese mixture that became a regular request as a snack at home or part of “Sample Night”—hummus, cheeses, olives, charcuterie, bread, crackers, butter, radishes and anything else that looked fresh and delicious at the market. Many years later, Jasmine riffed on this with her own sesame/miso brittle and bloomy rind goat cheese pairing that became a notable entry in the Cheesemonger Invitational in Brooklyn. Cheese figures big in our family as a fine dessert, a late night end-of-shift snack, a start to a gathering with friends, a delightful bag of surprises from the caves when Jasmine is in town, an interesting [to us] focus of discussion about makers, experiments, new styles in the pipeline, and, of course, a satisfying, melty combination for a grilled cheese.

Join Jackie & Jasmine at the table for a taste through cheeses that have been part of our family traditions. A wine pairing will be served.

Saturday, May 10th

Refunds available for cancellations made up to 48 hours from event.
